About the Opportunity

APG is looking for a full-time Advertising Account Executive based in Richmond, B.C, with 1 day work from home after an initial training period. 

As a BDM at APG, you'll play a pivotal role in proactively prospecting, qualifying, and developing new and existing advertising accounts. Your mission? To cultivate and expand our client base while promoting our innovative products and services within the dynamic realm of natural health and wellness.

More specifically, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Initiate daily cold calls and engage in proactive outreach to potential clients
  • Craft compelling pitches to attract new business opportunities
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with our team to assist advertisers in effectively promoting their products
  • Stay ahead of the curve by educating clients on our latest offerings and industry trends
  • Create and refine sales proposals to showcase the value of partnering with APG
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to brainstorm strategies and share insights
  • Seamlessly collaborate with other departments on integrated sales and marketing initiatives

About You

To qualify, you will need a dynamic and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and relationship-building. A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a relational sales environment will be essential.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Flexibility to travel locally (up to 30%) and attend trade and consumer shows as needed
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM reporting tools
